CEO

Joseph N. Savasta is Chief Executive Officer of J.N. Savasta, where he provides strategic leadership across the organization's family of companies, helping employers navigate the evolving employee benefits and healthcare landscape.

With more than 40 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits and pharmacy benefit management, he is recognized for his commitment to innovation, transparency and delivering value-driven solutions for clients.

Under Joseph’s leadership, J.N. Savasta has grown into a trusted employee benefits consulting firm, while expanding its portfolio to include HarmonyRx, Adesso Benefits, Savasta & Company and other organizations focused on improving healthcare, benefits administration and client outcomes. He earned his degree in Business Management, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo and pursued graduate studies in International Business and Finance at New York University.

In addition to his professional leadership, Joseph is dedicated to supporting numerous charitable organizations and serving the communities in which the company operates.
